Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Smartkeyfr SAS (hereinafter "Smartkeyfr", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of smartkeyfr.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.
1. Data controller
Smartkeyfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €50,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 891 234 567, with its registered office at 18 Avenue de l'Opéra, 75001 Paris, France. Contact: contact@smartkeyfr.com.
2. Data collected
When you complete the information request form, we collect your first name, last name, e-mail address and, where applicable, your region of interest. We also collect browsing data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies, subject to your consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to: (a) respond to your request for information about real-estate projects — pre-contractual performance; (b) send you communications about the programme — consent; (c) measure audience and improve the site — consent; (d) comply with our legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
4. Retention periods
Prospect data is retained for 3 years from the last active contact. Accounting and tax data is retained for 10 years. Cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months.
5. Recipients
Your data is intended for the sales and compliance teams of Smartkeyfr SAS, as well as for our strictly necessary subcontractors: hosting provider (OVH SAS, France), e-mail delivery provider and audience measurement tools. No data is sold to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Your data is hosted and processed within the European Union. Where a subcontractor established outside the EU is used, the transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port, and to define directives regarding the fate of your data after your death. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@smartkeyfr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Smartkeyfr SAS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption, access control, ISO 27001-certified hosting and regular backups.
